There were bolts sticking towards license area near exit gate. 110-300-0165(5)(a) outlets in kitchen area were not tamper resistant. 110-300-0165(5)(b) outlet near bathroom hand washing sink was not both GFCI/Tamper resistant. 110-300-0165(4)(e) the bathroom water temperature measured at 136 Fahrenheit.
